The final Up & Running-sponsored Winter Race Walking League event of the series takes place this Sunday, February 4, over the National Sports Centre Perimeter roadway, from 10am.

All races will be scratch start with handicaps being added after racing and the league points calculated. There will be light refreshments after racing and presentation of the winner and runners-up prizes shortly after.

Race entry is £5 for athletics club members and £7 for unattached athletes (juniors £1). Distances are 10km, 5km for seniors and veterans, and 3km, 2km, 1km for younger age groups.

All athletes will be made welcome. Signing on will be at Manx Harriers clubhouse (located on the perimeter roadway) from 9.15am. Please use the car park at the rear of the Quarter Bridge as the roadway will be closed for racing.
