Louise Lillian Hitchen, aged 49, of May Hill, Ramsey, will face a Newton Hearing on August 25.
She has previously pleaded guilty to common assault, committed at Vondy’s garage in Lezayre on January 17, after a row over parking.
However, the prosecution alleges that she punched the victim twice while Hitchen claims there was only one punch.
The hearing will now be held to settle the dispute.
