Wednesday afternoon's Manannan sailing to Liverpool has been delayed an hour because of the latest weather forecast.

The Steam Packet's fast craft will now depart at 3pm instead of 2pm. The vessel continues to run on three engines meaning the crossing is expected to take four hours.

Passengers are asked to check in no later than 2.15pm.

As a result, this evening's sailing from Liverpool is now due to depart at 8.15pm and is expected to take three hours 45 minutes.
